Business Research Broker

The business broker will analyse, present and package businesses taken on by a Consultant to best market the business. They will research and market the business to find a buyer. They will encourage the sales process by presenting the business in the best light and guiding both buyer and seller. There is an administration element in the form of booking and confirming viewings and helping the lawyer’s conveyance the deal particularly in respect of property and any leasehold assignments.

There is also an element of telephone work in the marketing and selling aspect of the process. The successful candidate will receive full training in valuing small businesses and understanding the aspects of selling businesses. The role is predominantly office based.

Training:

This is a technical role. Our client will provide training in all aspects of the role, with an emphasis of understanding and being able to interpret accounts, and the processes involved in selling a business.

Commission OTE £30,000
