Customer Service Representative

Our client based in Epsom is looking for a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative.

The company is a large well-established business within the Financial/Banking sector.

Main Duties;

Answering the telephones to respond to enquiries from existing customers.
Undertake general administration duties
Assist with all aspects of the Registration process
Maintain an up to date knowledge of all products and services
Provide first class customer service to their existing customers
Undertake checking of daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
Attend Internal or External meetings as required.
Undertake any other related tasks requested by the Manager or his/her Line Superiors.

You will be;
An excellent communicator
Able to work calm under pressure
Have good IT skills, IE. Microsoft Office
Confident and Friendly
Have experience with administration
Have experience in a call centre environment

Up to 23,000 depending on experience

Full Time Role 37.5 Hours a week
Monday Friday on a shift basis between the hours of 8.00am 5.30pm.
You will be required to work one Saturday a month between the hours of 9.00am-12.00pm (additional allowance paid)
