Information:

Successful family business dealing with the supply of delicious and nutritious frozen ready meals, mainly to the elderly, seeks an empathetic customer service advisor 3 x times a week; Monday, Thursday and Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Your duties will include assisting customers with telephone orders, taking incoming and making outbound calls, arranging deliveries. You should have the ability to convert enquiries into firm orders and to 'up-sell' in a consultative way that is in the best interest of both the customer and the company.

Excellent telephone manner together with administration and computer proficiency are essential.

Due to the location of the company candidates should be car drivers or at least have their own means of transport.
