Ideal Start Date: Monday 29 April 2019
Hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday

Administrator duties

General administrative duties
Basic reception duties including meet and greet
Answering telephone calls
Filing & sorting paperwork
Liaising with internal departments & teams
Communicating with customers and suppliers
Processing orders
Taking payments over the phone
Data entry
Some invoicing on sage accounts software
Other general ad hoc duties

The Candidate must have

Have good telephone manner & customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate and experience with Microsoft Office (word, excel etc)
Willing to be hands on and flexible
Have their own transport to get there as public transport links not good.
