Type of roles we cover

Permanent roles mean you are directly employed and paid by that employer. In addition to your annual salary, there are often other company benefits like health care, holiday pay, sick pay and pension contributions.

Contract roles mean you are contracted to perform services for a client for a specified period, ranging from weeks to months. There is a specified end date of employment from the start.

Temporary agency work can involve working for as little as one day or for many months for an employer. You have a specified hourly rate and an end date for your employment period which sometimes can be extended and on-going.

A temporary to permanent placement is essentially a temporary role with a view of changing to permanent after a certain amount of time. This enables both the employer and the employee to see if they are a match before entering a long-term commitment.

Remote work is a working style that allows professionals to work outside of a traditional office environment, whether it be from home or another specified working space.

Hybrid work is a flexible working model where employees work partly in the physical workplace such as the employers office, and partly remotely such as at home. As an example you could work 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.

Flexible working is a type of working pattern which is different from your existing one. Flexible working arrangements might include changing from full-time to part-time work.
