A newly created role for a well presented individual with a flair for selling and building relationships to join an already successful SME and help the business get to its next level. You will be given a portfolio of existing customers to manage and develop and will also be expected to identify and secure new business opportunities. Previous experience and knowledge of the electric mechanical sector is not as important as having a good attitude, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. This role is about relationship building rather than a hard sell as the company’s reputation has been built on understanding the customer’s needs and providing them with products and services to match in a way that larger competitors can’t.

You will be based at the office in Redhill and will meet clients face to face in London and the South East so a clean driving license will be essential; a budget for client entertainment will be available. This role will suit someone who prefers to work for SMEs and family run businesses where they can contribute ideas and be an integral part of the team.

Working hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Basic salary + Commission + Car + Expenses
