An urgent assignment for a business aware customer coordinator with excellent administration and Excel skills assisting an International provider of data centre solutions until the end of 2020. You should be able to take ownership of tasks and work calmly under pressure with the flexibility to work between offices at London EC3 and Docklands.
Providing support during a forthcoming system migrations, your duties will include –
Ownership of data cleanse activities, such as customer entity mapping
Proactively work with customers to cleanse, map and validate contact details as well as portal users
Support the team with day to day customer operational requests
Support the team with internal and external customer facing reporting
Support the team with Colocation onboarding where required
Support the Regional Manager on Projects and internal reporting
Customer portal support
Other ad-hoc duties as required by the business
This role requires a good communicator with analytical and logical problem solving skills who can work proactively and autonomously.
Full-time business hours, Monday to Friday.
Based between EC3 and Docklands.
