A flexible, self-motivated customer service/administrator to work in a small team providing support to all areas of this well respected training business. You will need strong verbal and written communication skills as well as an ability to work to strict deadlines within a fast paced environment where demands can change quickly.
Your duties will include receiving visitors (both physical and virtual), maintaining confidential files and databases, emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings, sorting deliveries and incoming mail, ordering supplies, raising quotes & invoices, arranging staff travel, providing PA duties to Operations Director as required.
This role would suit an individual with 1 or 2 years commercial experience or possibly a business administration qualification who is looking to broaden their experience within administration or client support. You will be given ongoing training with regular support and encouraged to develop your knowledge and skills. As to be expected, you should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word & Excel and have a high level of attention to detail.
Working hours – 36 hours a week.
