A great opportunity for an organised and diligent customer service professional to work for a large, respected company handling inbound telephone communication from customers.

You should be commercially minded and a quick learner with an ability to handle phone calls from customers confidently and professionally.

If you have excellent people and organisational skills and would prefer to work from home part of the week, then this role could be just what you’re looking for!

35 Hour week – 8 hour shifts, 5 days a week, between Monday to Sunday including Bank Holidays. Operating hours are 7am till 9pm so your 8 hour shift can fall anywhere between these times.
Part-time hours will also be considered.
At least 4 weeks thorough training for which you will get paid.
Based in Redhill, offering Hybrid working once training is complete. 3 days in office and 2 days at home.
Reliable broadband and a suitable home-working space are essential.

You must be able to start Induction on:
