You should be commercially minded and a quick learner with an ability to handle phone calls from customers confidently and professionally.

Customer Service Advisor – Hybrid

  • At least 5 weeks thorough training for which you will get paid.
  • 35 Hour week – 8 hour shifts, 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday including Bank Holidays. Operating hours are 7am till 9pm so 8-hour shift can fall anywhere between these times.
  • Based in Redhill, offering Hybrid working once training is complete. 3 days in office and 2 days at home.
  • Reliable broadband and a suitable home-working space are essential.
