A great opportunity for an intelligent and diligent customer service professional to work for a large, respected company handling inbound telephone communication from customers. You should have the ability to deal with customers who find themselves in difficult circumstances in an empathetic and sensitive manner. There is a lot to learn with this role so would suit candidates who enjoy learning and being challenged!

If you have excellent people and organisational skills, telephone customer service experience and would prefer to work from home for some or most of the week, then this role could be just what you’re looking for!

35 hour week on a rotating shift pattern.

At least 4 weeks thorough training for which you will get paid.

Reliable broadband and a suitable homeworking space are essential.

You must be able to start Induction on Monday 4th April or Monday 11th April 2022 and be able to commute to Redhill for part of the week
