A great opportunity for an intelligent and diligent customer service professional to work for a large, respected company handling inbound telephone communication from customers. You should have the ability to deal with customers who find themselves in difficult circumstances in an empathetic and sensitive manner. There is a lot to learn with this role so would suit candidates who enjoy learning and being challenged!

35 hour week on a rotating shift pattern.
At least 4 weeks thorough training for which you will get paid.
You must be able to start Monday 4th April or Monday 11th April 2022.
