An exciting opportunity for a driven, proactive customer service professional to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial SME with ambitious plans for expansion and growth within the pet industry.
Our client is looking for a candidate with a real passion for customer care; a genuine people person who wants to make a difference and who gets real satisfaction from giving excellent service to customers.
As well as being comfortable with technology and talking to customers on the telephone, you should have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines while keeping calm under pressure.
Your duties will include – communicating with customers effectively via telephone email and chat support, processing tickets via a helpdesk, shipping devices promptly to customers (accurately reflecting orders), general administration and processing tasks.
Customer Service Executive
£20,000 per annum
Working hours – 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Over-time available at time and a half
25 days annual holiday (rising to 30 with service)
