Outstanding multi-tasking communicator with a ‘can do’ attitude sought by established employer within the automotive sector for a varied customer service/admin position. You should be able to deal with customers both on the phone and face to face in a warm, professional manner and work well under pressure within a small friendly team who work hard whilst maintaining their sense of humour!

You will be responding to customer enquiries via email, social media, telephone and face to face and should be happy explaining the company’s services in a way that encourages firm orders. Your duties will also include generating invoices, taking payments, diary management using internal booking system, updating customer database, liaising with workshop and external subcontractors. Good IT skills required.

  • Working hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (8.30am to 12.30pm).
  • Opportunity to work over-time available.
  • This role is based at the employer’s premises in Redhill.
