A world leading and major health tech brand, is looking for a Freelance Event Manager to support their Global Events Team to deliver amazing experiences for their audiences/ customers at both virtual and live events worldwide to include consumer exhibitions, B2B trade shows, C-suite events.
We are looking for an Freelance Event Manager to join their close knit and highly motivated team. You will be a very organized, enthusiastic person able to hit the ground running. The Global Events Team is a high functioning team and you will be involved in the production of both live and virtual events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- End to end management, production and responsibility for delivering exhibition stands and C-suite events
- End to end management of virtual events
- Pre-production and supplier management
- Manage the production of content creation for live and digital environments
- Manage the print and production of exhibition stand build, branding and graphics
- Understand all relevant processes and work accordingly
- Overall, on-site set up, delivery and logistics
- Specify AV requirements and manage AV supplier
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
As a Freelance Event Manager, you:
Have a proven track record in this type of role in exhibitions, brand and virtual events
Be competent in working remotely with international teams and stakeholders
Ideally worked with large corporations and with Pharma/ Healthcare businesses before
Possess strong communication skills
Be intuitive and adaptable
Have the ability to work meticulously and to a high level
Have a cool head under pressure
Be a confident and calm problem solver
Are a fluent Spanish speaker
You must be great at your job with a real ‘can-do’ attitude. Willing to go to extraordinary lengths to deliver an exceptional end result.
The client is great fun to work with, but has VERY high standards. This role is not for the faint hearted!
