This is a newly created role for a Human Resources or Recruitment Administrator to handle the recruitment process of self-employed site workers (mainly electricians and plumbers) for a successful and expanding electro-mechanical SME.

You will need to be proactive and organised with a positive approach. Previous experience within HR or

Recruitment desirable but not as important as a great work ethic, a ‘can do’ attitude and a desire to progress.

As expected you should have strong verbal and written communication skills and be happy calling potential candidates from an internal database of contacts, advertising on LinkedIn and appropriate job sites, vetting candidates, on-boarding new starters, ensuring correct paperwork is complete prior to starting on site, checking time-sheets on a monthly basis, getting authorisation for over-time hours, assisting the HR Manager in the preparation of Job Offers, Employment Contracts and updating Employee Handbook.

This will be a busy, rewarding role requiring attention to details and commitment.

You will be office based 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch.
