£30,000 - £35,000
To provide HR advise and support to managers and employees, maintaining HR administration processes, practices and systems. This is a fixed term contract (initially 3 to 6 months) working 3 days a week; a stand alone role for an HR generalist.
The position may eventually become permanent.
You will be providing first line HR advise and will need to be a team player who can work unsupervised. Previous experience within HR is essential and a CIPD qualification would be desirable. Our client is looking for an articulate HR professional, with good IT skills who can work autonomously, taking care of day to day HR duties for about 50 personnel.
The full time equivalent salary would be £32,000 for 5 days so a day rate that is equivalent to this would be their preference but they are keen to get somebody experienced in who can be a self starter and quickly pick up the role and run with it so there could be some flexibility on rate.
