We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant & Office Manager to support the Managing Director in this award-winning business.


  • Diary management
  • Meeting coordination
  • Domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Preparing agendas, itineraries, minutes
  • Research and data analysis
  • Email management
  • Event planning
  • Staff management and HR duties
  • Office administration


  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Minimum A Levels, degree preferred
  • Location within 1 hour commute of Redhill/Reigate


  • £33,000 – £36,000 salary, depending on experience
  • Pension, healthcare, life insurance
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Monday – Thursday Office Based, Friday WFH (8am-5pm)
