An urgent assignment for a confident operations coordinator with excellent administration and customer service skills and a good standard of Excel with the ability to problem solve. You should be able to multi-task quickly and accurately and happy to undertake such tasks as providing refreshments for visitors and ensuring the general facilities services are maintained.
Ideally you should be from a facilities or property maintenance background and have worked on some form of Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Your duties will include identifying Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), schedule planning, completing job and contractor report sheets, tracking operations tasks, assisting with ISO compliance, submitting reports, updating calendars and purchase orders. You will need to work calmly under pressure and be able to make sound, commercial decisions.
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
You will need your own transport due to the location of the company.
This is an on-going temporary assignment with an immediate start.
